Two storey extension to Apartment Building in London

About This Project

Geoff has overcome strict planning laws to refurbish and extend a 1960’s block of flats in west London. By adding two storeys to the height, five new apartments have been added. The façade of the building has been upgraded with hanging balconies that create additional outdoor space for the new and existing flats. In addition, Geoff is now working on a scheme to convert the ground floor commercial space into four new apartments.
