About This Project
A complete internal and external refurbishment has been completed on this previously rather tired looking four storey house in Kingswear overlooking the river and creek.
All the walls were removed on the ground floor to provide an open plan living and kitchen area with magnificent views towards the river, enhanced by new windows and an extended and upgraded balcony. A new porch extension was added and clad in red cedar boarding giving the road elevation a contemporary warm tone. The rear of the property was also upgraded with feature panels of cedar. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were upgraded as part of the development.
The project has been shortlisted for Best Residential Refurbishment of 2018 in the Devon Building Control Awards.
